WUHAN, CHINA – MAY 21: Customers interact with Apple products at the new Apple retail store at Wuhan International Plaza on May 21, 2022 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. According to local media reports, this is the first Apple store to open in Wuhan, and the 44th store in mainland China.

In fact, the Incase Lanyard for the second generation AirPods Pro is selling out faster than the all-new iPhone 14 lineup, which has also been a hit in the Asian territory.

Apple’s AirPods Pro Lanyard is Selling Out in China

As per the latest news by South China Morning Post, Apple is selling braided loop lanyards for its newest AirPods Pro 2, which debuted alongside the all-new iPhone 14 series, in its online store in various parts of the world.

The Incase lanyard is also available in one of the biggest markets globally, China, and it appears that the AirPods accessory has been quite popular with consumers in the country.

It is worth mentioning that the next-generation iPhone is receiving an overwhelming demand from Chinese consumers. The servers of the Apple website crashed when the Cupertino-based tech firm began taking pre-orders for the new flagship device.

South China Morning Post says in its report that the strong demand for the iPhone has already extended its estimated delivery wait time for a couple of weeks.

For instance, according to a recent report by Market Watch, the iPhone 14 now takes roughly 36 days to deliver in the Chinese nation, whereas the iPhone 14 Pro Max now requires at least 42 days or around fives weeks.

But despite that, it appears that the lanyard for the new AirPods is selling faster than the standard iPhone 14, at least in China.

The AirPods Pro braided loop now takes roughly five weeks being Apple could deliver it to its customers, which outperforms the entry-level iPhone. But the Hong Kong-based news outlet notes that it is around the same time as the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Apple AirPods Pro Incase lanyard is selling out faster online over the iPhone 14 series in China.

The accessory also debuted right after the renowned tech giant unveiled the new iPhone 14 and Apple Watch Ultra during its Far Out event.

According to a report by 9to5 Toys, the Incase AirPods Pro lanyard is available on the online store of Apple. Its listing says that it sports “an intentionally simple design.”

However, it may have been too simple for some customers in China, as the lanyard is heavily mocked online for its costly price tag. But despite that, it still looks popular in China as it is selling out right away.
